Using the store and your account

By using this storefront, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and contact the store if you believe your account has been used without permission.

A customer account is required to place an order. You are responsible for checking your delivery details before submitting checkout.

Products, prices, and availability

Product descriptions, photographs, colors, and availability are presented as accurately as the store can provide, but display differences may occur across devices. Prices and checkout totals are shown in Indian rupees (INR). Applicable discounts, shipping charges, and the final payable amount are shown at checkout before payment.

Product availability can change. If an item cannot be supplied after an order is submitted, the store will contact the customer using the account/order details and explain the available next steps.

Orders and payment

Submitting checkout is a request to purchase; an order is accepted for fulfillment after payment is successfully verified and the store confirms availability. Online payment is currently provided through Razorpay UPI checkout. PhonePe is not currently offered as a separate payment option.

Do not treat an order as paid or ready for shipment until the payment status is confirmed. The store may reject or cancel an order where payment, availability, or order information cannot be verified, subject to applicable law.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, charges, and any free-shipping threshold are displayed by the storefront and checkout. Delivery timing can vary by destination and carrier; any estimate provided is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Returns and exchanges

The storefront advertises a 7-day return window. Submit a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery and wait for instructions before sending an item back. Item eligibility, condition requirements, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility, and refund or exchange handling must be confirmed by the store and published with the store’s support contact before this draft is treated as a complete returns policy. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Acceptable use and site content

Do not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use site content without permission. Store branding, product copy, and site design belong to SANVIKA COUTURE or their respective rights holders and may not be copied for commercial use without authorization.

Changes, applicable law, and contact
