Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Passwords for email accounts are stored as password hashes, not as plain-text passwords. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the Google account identifier and the profile name, email address, and profile image Google provides. We do not receive your Google password.

When you place an order, we collect the delivery recipient, phone number, delivery address, items and options ordered, order totals, and order/payment status. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store the email address you submit for that purpose.

Payment information

Payments are handled through Razorpay checkout. The storefront receives order and payment references and confirmation status needed to process your order; payment credentials are entered with the payment provider rather than stored in your customer profile. The currently enabled checkout method is UPI through Razorpay.

Cookies and local storage

Customer sign-in uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie. When you follow a referral campaign link, the storefront also sets an HTTP-only campaign cookie for up to 30 days to attribute a later order to that link. The storefront stores cart, wishlist, and promo-code state in your browser’s local storage so those shopping features work between visits. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings; doing so may remove saved cart or wishlist items.

How we use information

• Create and secure customer accounts.
• Accept, verify, fulfill, and provide support for orders and payments.
• Maintain the wishlist, cart, and other storefront features you use.
• Send newsletter messages if you subscribe.
• Protect the service, investigate misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

When information is shared

We share information with Google when you choose Google sign-in, with Razorpay to process payments, and with the hosting and data-storage providers needed to run the store. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the store, customers, or others. We do not sell customer account or order information.

Retention and your choices

Account, order, and payment records are retained for as long as needed to operate the store, support transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal. The store has not configured a more specific retention schedule yet.

Security and changes

We use measures such as protected sessions and password hashing to help safeguard information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the store’s practices change; the revision date above should be updated when that happens.
